"Dr Rankin and her staff were absolutely amazing! I’m not from the area but needed my little guy checked out and they got me in on very short notice on a holiday week. But what really stood out to me was how they sat down and explained every single little thing they found and didn’t rush us through the process. I’ve had really poor experiences at every other vet clinic I’ve been to, but this place blew me away. Hands down would use them again and definitely will in the future. 12/10 would recommend them to anyone."

The staff got us onto their schedule immediately and treated our dog as if he had been going there for the duration of his life. Just this past weekend we had an incident with our older dog who decided to chew up some pieces of decorative garland. "We have just moved to the area as we travel for our jobs and sadly our Tucker chewed on a bone that made a cut in between a couple teeth. We were very worried as we aren’t familiar with the area. Thank the Lord we found this vet! Everyone was so nice from the starting phone call all the way until pick up. Tucker needed sedated to fix his gums and the Dr called me multiple times with updates. "I’ve taken my cats here twice in the last couple months and the staff was fantastic each time. They are fast, but thorough, and willing to answer any questions I have. Very knowledgeable and kind. They were also very patient with my small children who had 500 questions for them, which is always appreciated.

Also, special shout out to whoever the male employee who works at the front desk (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name). He is so, so kind, friendly, and helpful. Every time I’ve called he’s been patient and given me as much information as I needed without making me feel like an inconvenience or rushing me off the phone."
